We value your privacy and data security. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data, your rights under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), and our use of cookies.

Collected Personal Data and Purposes

Account data: name, surname, username, email, and address to create and manage your membership, deliver Services, and issue invoices.
Service use: IP address, device/browser data, access times, referring pages, and in-product interactions to secure the Site, manage performance, and analyze usage trends.
Support: phone number, email, and other information you share when reporting issues or requesting help, used to respond to your requests.
Optional marketing data (with explicit consent): age, marital status, gender, name, surname, phone, email to provide personalized communication, campaigns, and statistics. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.
Notifications related to service continuity: We may contact you about maintenance, service interruptions, or account matters. These are transactional and not subject to marketing opt-out.
Data storage and backup: With your explicit consent, personal data may be transferred to cloud service providers located abroad for secure storage and backup.

Legal Bases (KVKK)

Personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5 based on:

performance of a contract (Art. 5/2(c)),
compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2(ç)),
data made public by the data subject (Art. 5/2(d)),
legitimate interests, provided fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2(f)), and
your explicit consent where required (Art. 5/1).

Rights of Data Subjects

Under KVKK Article 11, you may request: (i) confirmation of processing; (ii) information about processing; (iii) the purpose and use of data; (iv) recipients in Türkiye or abroad; (v) correction of incomplete/incorrect data; (vi) deletion/destruction under KVKK; (vii) notification of corrections/deletions to recipients; (viii) objection to decisions based solely on automated processing; (ix) compensation for unlawful processing.
